3 Summertime Snacks

Summer is right around the corner, and if you’re looking for a healthy way to beat the heat, we have you covered! These three summertime snacks are healthy, easy to make, and most importantly, delicious. Enjoy!

Strawberry Banana Energy Smoothie

8 oz. almond milk
1/2 banana
1 scoop Vanilla YES
1 scoop Strawberry Kiwi Passion

Directions: Blend and enjoy!


Vanilla YES Ice Cream

3 large ripe bananas
3 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 scoop Vanilla YES

Directions: Cut bananas into chunks and freeze. Once the bananas are frozen, puree them. Add other ingredients, mix well, and freeze.


Truth Creamsicles

3/4 scoop Truth
2 oz. almond milk

Directions: Mix Truth and almond milk. Pour into Popsicle molds and freeze.
